They were very fast and kept me informed on the progress of my order. My treadmill is up and running again and I am confident that it will stay that way for a long time. From the time I packaged it up and dropped it off at the post office until the time the repaired board arrived at my door took just 8 days. I can see where they installed new capacitors as described as part of the service. Treadmill works like new! A good deal - at roughly 1/3 the price of buying a new control board.
