A bit of faff with couriers no surprise there, although nothing to do with vendor as they were great. Just waiting for a new string to arrive and a bit of fettling and then off to the range. However, when you are ordering outside the UK note that you need to pay also import costs. I ordered from Switzerland and in addition to the items costs and shipping I had to pay on top GBP 40.- at arrival of the item.
