As shown in the photos this pad covers the metatarsal area of the foot. How much of your specific foot it covers would be down to your foot size. Unfortunately "a normal man size foot" is not a claim that can be made as everyones feet come in different shapes and sizes. If a product is causing discomfort then discontinue use.
