    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!! They will overcharge you for products that are damaged, stitches falling apart, and you have to spend more money to fix yourself. Mind you, I spent $50+ to get it shipped fast too. Only for them to partially refund me for the "inconvienence" because they still want to make a scammer quick buck. Their communication sucks too. This does not look like the photos at all - make your own or find one off EBay all together. What a joke. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! :(

    We have already refunded part of the payment as compensation. The tax is required for every package shipped from overseas to the US. Our selling prices are set for a global market, not exclusively for the U.S., so we cannot include tax fees in the product price. We have addressed your request accordingly, so stating that we are deceiving customers is not a fair or accurate reflection of the situation. The express shipping option you chose provides faster delivery incurs higher shipping charges.

    Had to go through some stuff to get this (government stuff to get it shipped directly) and I ended up paying around $30 for it. It took a little more than a month to get to my house, only for it to be the wrong color. It is a deep dark red instead of a light pink like what Madoka's soul gem is supposed to be and what the picture on here shows. I contacted the seller but they said that it was just the picture's lighting.

    The color of the soul gem we shipped is the correct one for the character's accessories. The discrepancy in the photo is due to lighting, which made the color appear lighter. We have repeatedly explained that the actual product received by the customer is accurate. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding caused by the color difference in the image and will continue to improve our service.
