So disappointed!! Ordered a children's book on 5/25 but never got any tracking info. I tried reaching out to the seller but never heard anything. I waited until the expected delivery date, and when the item still hadn't shipped, I opened a case with Ebay. I still wanted the item and hoped for a response from the seller, but never got one. I was given a refund, but I'm still so disappointed by the lack of communication from the seller. So confused because the seller had excellent feedback.
