The item was exactly as described and promptly shipped. Great price too. I incorrectly measured my guitar and it didn’t fit so I had to return it. They honored the return but initially said they might not if it’s been opened. When I asked a follow up question about that I was ghosted. Had to reach out to eBay who assured me I will be refunded. Good experience otherwise.
