    Wonderful Book for Baking Breads with Awesome Recipes!!!

    Upon receiving the book it is just like BRAND NEW! There are no marks of pen or pencil, highlighting or grease spots on any page. Also no dog eared pages, or paper clip marks. In all essence the book is brand new. I am so happy with the book. There are so many awesome recipes for making many different kinds of delicious breads and I can't wait to get started in baking from it. I love making sourdough anything, especially Bagels and English Muffins. The dough to mix ahead and keep in the fridge until you are ready to bake is what drew me to this book. I am waiting to start baking tomorrow with the dough. J and Z have a new book out now but I wanted this 2007 one of Jeff and Zoe's books. You won't be sorry if you get this book if you love to bake all kinds of breads. Thank you to Discover ...

    A great bread recipe book!

    I have this book and used it since it was first published. I have given many away. The book gives simple instructions for making wonderful artisan bread. And I gave this book away to a friend to entice her to make really good bread that is fun and easy to do.

    Saw Zoe make this bread on an episode of Zoe Bakes so I had to buy the book. Book doesnt disappoint. Looking forward to making some bread. Great for a novice breadmaker like me.
