The item arrived earlier than expected, but it didn't totally match the description left by the seller. Yes, it was fairly brand new and still wrapped in plastic. However, the case is broken and pieces have been falling off since I opened it. The discs are fine and playable, but the description of "Brand New" should have included a bit more detail about the packaging condition.

Great show - Shame about the quality.
It’s About Time this show was made available on DVD. It has never been aired on (Australian) TV for over forty years, so it was an absolute delight to able to watch this show again. Unfortunately it looks like this DVD was produced by a non-professional company and does not look like it was “re-mastered”, looks like it was just transferred from film to DVD directly. There is no Color grading at all so the picture color is very poor and in some shots the contrast is so high that the faces of Mac & Hec are orange. Color saturation (Chroma) was never fixed. (I checked them on all my’ oscilloscopes’) In Episode 15, the “blue” sky in the opening theme song is White which indicates the brightness levels and contrast are all wrong. Two episodes have the beginning of the theme show song ... It’s About Time this show was made available on DVD. In episode 17-Which Doctor’s Witch, the opening theme song is “doubled” sounding like it’s in a drain pipe! The DVD artwork on Disc three is very soft. Looks like I’m looking at it with prescription glasses on, and the DVD menus look rushed too. White letters on a yellow background doesn’t make it that easy to read at all. Perhaps the “Master” was rushed and never properly tested/checked before it was ready for DVD duplication. However, as this is such a rare television show, I guess this is the best we are ever going to get, so I’m grateful that there’s at least “a” version on DVD.

It's about laughs!
It's about time aired when Gilligan's island was still airing, in fact they used some of the same music, sets and they even shared the lagoon! This is simply a "Take the world off the hook!" kind of laughs! Some may call it "Stupid!" They said the same thing about "Gilligan's Island" & "The three stooges!" No internet, no telephone, just dinosaurs and the brave men who hunted them!! (and had many laughs along the way!!) It should have run longer!It's about time aired when Gilligan's island was still airing, in fact they used some of the same music, sets and they even shared the lagoon! Fun Shows Never Age
I'm a baby - boomer who enjoyed this show when it originally aired in the 1966 - 67 t.v. season, when I was around 7. Since it only ran one season, I didn't see it again until the dvds came out in 2017! In a nutshell, it's about two bumbling astronauts whose space capsule breaks the time barrier and winds up in prehistoric caveman days. Sherwood Schwartz ("Gilligan's Island") produced. Yes, as I got older, I learned that dinosaurs were long - extinct by the time cavemen entered the world scene, and that it's doubtful that ancient people would have spoken even halting English. But I'll still take it over the "relevant" shows that soon followed where people always seemed to be yelling at each other. And I'll never forget the schoolyard parody of the theme song, "It's about time, it's about ... I haven't seen these episodes for the past 50 years. It brings back good memories from days gone by. Until I learned that they were available to buy online, I figured that I would never see "It's About Time" ever again. I have a large DVD collection and this is a great new addition to it. :-)
