    Most importantly, the book condition was as specified. Many thanks for that. Also, the book was delivered promptly from the USA to the UK. Also, the price was reasonable for an out-of-print book. However, one point of constructive criticism: the packaging could have been much better, in order to better protect the book in transit. The book was sent in a bubble-wrap mailer only, with no cardboard to give the package greater strength. Thank you very much for any consideration of my feedback.

    You still need personal guide

    If you don't have martial arts background , you wont do anything with this book . I have TKD background , so even for me is quiet difficult to figure out certain techniques like the clinches . For that you will need a partner who also have knowledge of martial arts . Also the pictures are not very clear and its difficult to watch how the technique is performed from that angle . You can buy this book and then join a MUay Thai place to achieve at least one year of experience in this martial art.

    BEST book on muay thai for sure.

    This is a great book for muay thai no matter if your beginner, intermediate or advanced, theres content and strategy in this book for every nak muay. Even if your well versed in muay thai, this is a book thats great to go over every now and then just to brush up or even just read and get the motivation and essence to practice muay thai. The book cover is great, the pictures are easy to follow with the explanations, the presentation of the book is over all wonderful. Very happy with this purchase, this book is pretty much all you need if your into muay thai.
