Called and texted the seller to let him know I would be there between 9:00-10:00am. I arrived roughly at 9:30am . Tried to call seller several times but no answering. I left around 10:00am. At 10:35 I received a text from seller said that he could meet me later or the following day. I filed to cancel the sale but seller refused. Finally EBay had to step in to help .
