I would not have purchased based on this alone and feel it should have been mentioned in the listing. The process was fast and efficient with no issues encountered outside of the inscription.

    Massive tome nearly 700 pages

    While knowing I was weak in my Econ knowledge I wanted to gain more insights and better understand the various terms and just overall Econ speak. This book covered what appears enough to now lead to going deeper into different business and policy sectors. It’s also easy to read with relatable examples. My understanding has been deepened to learn more. Definitely recommend this book especially while quarantined Most of us have more free time so using it to learn is important to me.

    The book should be used in high school.

    Dr Sowell’s explaination of economics is amazing. I wish everyone would read his books. He is one of the smartest individuals I have ever known. The US Congress should be required to read this book!

    Gave me the correct prescription glasses through which to look at the world without BS.

    This book has changed my life for the better. I learnt so much that I didn't know and it dispelled too many lies I've been told throughout my life.

    Basic Economics - everyone’s primer

    This book should be required reading in every high school. Sowell makes a subject that many find difficult to grasp straightforward and easy to understand.

    Solid common sense approach to todays highly emotional arguments. Do not believe everything you hear on tv. Mr. Sowell will open your eyes and set you free. That’s how important this book is.
