    Using the GoPro Hero 3+ Black

    I bought this to use on a motorcycle trip to the Alps and other parts of Europe, when used with the Helmet mount and using the Android app to set the camera up when on the bike, I found it excellent, so long as you remember to switch the camera wifi off after setup, otherwise it drains the battery more quickly! Even at 720p with a frame rate of 50fps, the quality is good, stills taken using a frame grab are if good quality. When used in reasonably good lighting conditions, reviewing the output shows that frame grabs will allow you to read number plates or road signs quite well. This could be very useful if anything happens and you need to garner evidence from the camera! Very good on the time lapse usage too, although it will generate a lot of boring and highly deleteable jpegs! Like ...

    The GoPro... thoughts after first trip

    so i added this to my camera collection for the lightweight Factor and so i could capture video on some shoots to Maui, i will say that i am happy i purchased this ... on the trip i was able to capture great videos and it was lightweight and with the GoPro telescope stick it was awesome in getting hard to reach photos ... like those over cliffs down to the ocean .... life is good ... if you try it .. i think that you will love it...

    Buy one now! Excellent value!

    In my opinion the 3+ black edition is the best value go pro available today when you compare to the newer models. The 4+ black edition doesnt offer much more than this but is more expensive. The features on this are more than enough and the stunning 1080p or basic 4K mode is excellent offering Chrisp images and videos! Buy one you won't be disappointed!

    Superb camera

    Not everything was in the box

    I had to reset the camera to get a new password, it took me 1hour to find out how to do that and even then it didn't work with the app. I expected there to be some sort of instructions, and also some missing bits in the box. For the price I paid i feel disappointed.
