Once I received it, it was actually an underwire bra. I was going to return it but it’s so pretty & a great price, I decided to remove the wires. I’m so glad I did.       So easy and convenient.

      I had troubles removing my drain plug to the point where the head almost rounded off. This is using the right size wrench and still failed. I tried a curved jaw vise grip but no luck. Since my car is due for an oil pan gasket change, I removed the pan, dumped the oil, torch the mutha-f'n drain plug, drilled though and used an EZ out and finally came off without damaging the thread. But I will never gonna do that again. Once I got the oil cleaned off, I installed the Fumoto quick drain valve and see how it sits on the pan, it lined up vertical the way I like it and the way it should be. I removed it and sealed this baby with red loctite. Yes I used red, it's there to stay. This is just my preferred sealant and you don't have to use red, use blue if you plan on removing it easier on a later ...

      Leaked at first

      Just like title says,this valve leaked when first installed. The gasket that comes with it is not a snug fit around the threads and moves around when you go to tighten. Just be careful and make sure the gasket is in the center then there will be no leak. Next time I do an oil change I'm going to put some RTV on the gasket to form a better seal.

      Fumoto is an Awsome Drain valve

      Been wanting to install these in my vehicle for quite some time. The nipple allows a hose to be installed so the wind doesn't even factor in. Drain right into a bucket. 2008 GMC DuraMax . This just made my oil changes very Easy. Literally fliptge valve, watch it drain. I can do the entire job in 20 minutes

      BEST" Tool" In My Tool Chest

      I've used this manufacturers valve in ALL my vehicles. Easy to install (it simply replaces your drain valve when you change your oil). never have to remove it. Simplifies oil changes dramatically. Stainelss ball with TEFLON seal and permanent gasket NO LEAKS

      Repeat customer

      I bought this drain valve previously for my wife's 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 3.6 and it works great. I bought this one for my 2016 JK for that same reason. I have had Fumoto Valves on all my vehicles for almost 2 decades. Their reliability and ease of use speak for themselves.
