works great
Product worked out great and fit perfectly! I had to replace because my new pup chewed original controller cord.

Selected used option but a Fail
When it arrived it was packaged well, came very quickly. However, when plugged in it worked for 5 minutes, there was an acrid burning smell, the control got very hot we quickly unplugged it. After it cooled we tried plugging it in again and it still smells like it burning, and now there are no lights or indication of power. We would like to have a replacement. Our Biddeford blanket is fine, our other blanket controller works with it so we checked to make sure it was not damaged.

Stopped working in 3 days
I plugged these in as soon as they came in to ensure they had power and they both did. I plugged one into my throw and within the first 3 days of using it the controller stopped working. The red light doesn’t come on indicating it doesn’t have power and it no longer heats the blanket.

Don’t recommend
I ordered this control to replace one that quit working but this one didn’t work either. Apparently the controls for these blankets don’t last very long. The blanket is still great but can’t heat it up with no working control!

Frustrating waste of time
Terrible product, went thru 4 controllers none of them worked and finally had to give up. Faulty product. Not recommended.
