SynopsisHandles a doctrine little understood and heard of infrequently in these days of humanism. This book gives God his proper place of supremacy and is a classic on the subject., Pink answers a host of questions that have remained unresolved in the minds of many Christians. In language that any layperson can understand, he takes up the profoundest questions, searches the Scriptures, and provides Biblical answers that satisfy the inquiring mind.
Absolutely excellent book for the growing Christian who wants to better understand the God of the Bible
One of the most thorough, scholarly and biblically accurate books on the sovereignty of God. If you don't fully understand Calvinism, this book will help make it clear that God is completely sovereign in salvation, and you will learn some things that just are not taught correctly if at all in the majority of seminaries and bible colleges today.
One of THE best books or THE BEST book on God's sovereignty. At times a little challenging to read because of some intellectual writing style, but stick with it as it is a fascinating and enlightening read. It's content is paradigm shifting. Highly recommend!!! Oh, get the 1985 edition published by Baker House as other publishers do not always print the entire content of the book. Entire content of the book is well worth having.
It explains the awesome characteristics of God. It teaches about the sovereignty of God in creation, administration, salvation, reprobation, and operation. It causes you to really look deeper into God's Word.
