    Packaged EXTREMELY well and 100% as the seller described. Stronger in scent and performance compared to current formulation. A solid deal on this older batch. Seller was on vacation during my purchase and informed me they would ship it when possible so the ship out process took a while, but it still got to me within the estimated delivery time frame. They still made sure to update their away/vacation time when it was extended as well. Thanks again and will be around to do business again.

    This seller was absolutely incredible. They shipped my Lego minifigure very quickly, it was shipped securely and arrived exactly as described. And they included the other minifigure that was in the picture! (Which I wasn’t 100% certain the order would contain!) I was so excited when I saw both, and in fantastic condition for an amazing price as well. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this seller more, I hope to purchase more from them in the future.

    Classic SteelSeries Quality and Performance

    This headset was a big upgrade from my Arctis 1 wireless. SteelSeries makes a great line of headsets and the Pro Wireless takes everything fans love about their products to the next level. Being able to control chat mix and other audio settings on the base station is really handy and makes for a great customizable experience that keeps you from hopping out to your desktop or title screen to tweak audio settings. Swappable batteries with real time charge status on the base station have been a nice feature to have as well. If you are an audiophile and you put a lot of emphasis on your audio experience when it comes to your gaming sessions than this headsets for you. I get a great range of audio that rivals my Sennheisers I use for mixing and mastering audio. But let me clarify, these are ...

    Great Value with Minor Concessions

    The headset didn't come with the Transceiver Power Cord or Pop Filter, both come included in the Arctis Pro Wireless package when buying new, but I think the exclusion of these two parts was worth the $100 I saved. For those wondering, you can still power the Transceiver with the USB accessory that is included in this package. The package also came with minor cosmetic damage on the Arctis and its Transceiver, but this is expected with refurbished products and doesn't affect the headset's performance. Speaking of performance; These things are great! I love how they sound, and you can customize them to perfection with the software provided on the SteelSeries website.     Amazing sound! How about an instruction manual?

    Surround sound is terrific when hooked up to PS4. Chatmix is fantastic feature. Simple documentation is lacking, so it took awhile to figure out proper setup. Headband adjustability is just ok. If I had a bigger head it would be a problem. But overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

    Expensive but worth it!

    Worth the purchase. Since it's refurbished, it did not come with the original box but the product was in excellent condition. The Arctis Pro Wireless sounds amazing, especially with the right EQ settings.
