Dont do it
I have been buying this for a year now, and the last 2 were very different quality. I called bpi and the have changed manufacturers. Which also has affected the quality of the product. It's very bad. Unless they go back to the old manufacturer I wont ever buy again which is to bad because I loved it before

This product is great in coffee! I found that 1/2 a scoop was enough for me and really helped to control my hunger.

Awesome product
I'm living a keto lifestyle and this tastes wonderful in my coffee. I don't have to use the full scoop depending on the size of my cup. I always try to keep some in the house.
