We got one and it had damage, it was loosely packed and part of the body was broken and the engine was damaged. They sent a second one and the engine was fine but the same place was broken on the body. They gave partial refund. The second one still functions and it was about 4 hours to swap out the parts between saws. Probably would do it again, just really need to upgrade the packing.

I made a mistake on my part for buy the wrong size of the item purchase from this seller. Im waiting on a return slip to sent this product back for refund, but at the same issuing the refund I was contacted buy the seller stating not to send the item back from where it was shipped and they will send me a return slip directly. I thought this was kind of confusing, but hopefully everything runs its course.
