Easy ebay. Seller dispatched item quickly. Delivery was slow due to evri (it arrived days later than the initial expected del date) but it did arrive safely & undamaged. Item was well packed. It went together easily & is good quality. Item as described, ie realistic example of a faux Areca palm. Kind seller sent through an offer while I was considering making a purchase, making it good value. Very happy as this palm is perfect for the low light spot it was chosen for. Many thanks.

Very thoughtful to as they sent it royal mail and not the useless Evri after I asked the seller what carrier they use and said please let me know if it's Evri as they can't get out of the van and walk the 40 seconds down the lane to our door. Arrived faster than I thought, much needed in the last heatwave! Appeared to be in its original packaging and well protected against bumps. Was as described, very slight scratching on the lid but hardly noticeable and most importantly the unit works for cooling purposes! Good value and all functions work as they should, very happy, would recommend this seller.

Comparison with our old one.
It’s a bit unfair but our old washer was a Kew and it was 22 years old. Never gave any bother was not overworked I hasten to say but it became an uneconomical repair so decided to have a change. So bought the Kew first thing I noticed was the weight so much lighter. But the disturbing thing so much plastic. The Kew was an old tank of a thing could take some abuse, the karcher I’m not so sure, but early days and I’ve just got it we shall see. The saying you get what you pay for and at £99 I’ve got just that so no complaints. Have tried it out and the power is a lot weaker ( but it is the basic model ) and the Kew was not, so I am wrong to compare but can’t help it as it’s what I’m used to. Has its limitations
The product is light to handle and is good from the point that it is easy to use. The manual is not very informitive but the machine is user friendly. The mains plug is not good from the point that you can it use it without an extension when using a standard outside protected mains socket. Also if you want to extented the hose etc. or use any accessory that you had from another pressure washer it will not fit. Addictive...
I would group this product, along with my Al-ko silent power 5000 shredder, (which no longer seems available?) as being a really addictive bit of kit to use as it is very effective at cleaning drives. It will do most other cleaning jobs where high pressure water is all that is required but be careful on loose brick pointing as it'll also remove that! It has a gentle option on the nozzle but that reduces the fun as well as the water pressure. Brilliant little toy, not at all bulky but very effective and enormously therapeutic to use. I'd thoroughly recommend it to the NHS to prescribe for the relief of stress. The concrete drive looks like new... even after quite a few decades of grime. Feels cheap and a little weak.
Very flimsy handle and wheels, feels cheap. Comes with 2 nozzles that really should have been all incorporated into one, it's waste of time changing them when other brands have one adjustable wand. Biggest gripe is the power, other brands, in fact cheaper brands, seem more powerful. This doesn't have a kick and I need to have the nozzle right up to the decking to get a good clean.

Generally a good robust product at a reasonable price. The C-Clip design is a step back due to it being awkward to use and a bit flimsy, flew off a few times so easy to loose. The old type quick release system was a lot better.
