Remote repair coaching, shipping for repair attempt, and eventual return of the item were all arranged and made easy by the seller, with excellent communication at each step. It was an unfortunate result in the end, but the seller handled the situation well and I would recommend!

The Item was exactly as described and came packed very securely. Communication with the seller was friendly and helpful. Value for money was also very good. A camera like that with the f1.4 lens would normally sell for a higher price.. All in all, I was very happy with the transaction and will have no hesitation buying from this company in the future.
