A 1st rate dancer !!!

A Dandy isn't always bad
This is my all time favorite movie, bar none. I have watched it for over 55 years and it gets better every time. If you need a movie to lift your spirits, this is it. The singing and dancing are great and the theme couldn't be better. If you don't get tears in your eyes at some point in this movie there's something wrong. Just remember my mother thanks you, my father thanks you, my sister thanks you and I thank you. Yankee Doodle Dandy, an incredible true story!
The movie, Yankee Doodle Dandy, has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. It never grows old. I looked up George M Cohan on the Internet the other day because I wanted to see if the story in the movie was true. And with great surprise, I found out IT TRULY IS! An Old Classic!
I LOVE old movies! Especially if they're timeless classics like this one! There's comedy, drama and a lot of music and singing. But, don't classify it as a musical! It's bases on the true life story of George M Cohan who inspired people (like Michael Jackson) with his singing and dazzling footwork! As you said, it's awesome sauce! A great classic with entertainers like we don't have today plus it's a historical account of the iconic American composer, George M. Cohan!
