Compelling?
The "compelling" question above is nonsensical when reviewing a cookbook IMO. The recipes in this book are good ones, solid performers with proven techniques that all cooks can use and enjoy. The book that was sent is not in “very good” condition, it has a horrible smell and caused my eyes to sting and coughing for a long time !
This book is not in “very good “ condition as advertised. It has a horrible smell that caused my eyes to sting and water, and also caused coughing for a long time after closing the book.
