Ankle & Heel Stability - Slightly Tight
This shoe is working best for me during fitness class (weights, yoga, cardio) where you need stability and ankle support on an indoor tile or gym floor. I like the flexible sole for the heel-toe exercises, squats, and side lunges. I bought my usual size 8, and have other Nike size 8 - but I have to warn these run slightly smaller and think they will only accommodate a thin sock.
