a pre-amp cannot be designed without these mathematical equations
My tube amp library, thought was complete, is now. Wish this was my first book, but now the last. Anyone who thought they knew tube amps, like me, just got educated.

Very detailed
Very detailed. This book goes into every aspect of preamp and phase inverter design you can think of. It is not a simple book it is very advanced.

Good technical discussion of guitar amplifiers. Written a high level but easy to understand.
