So many easy and tasty recipes.
I bought this book when it was first published and have used it for so much inspiration over the years. Then it disappeared. Some good old fashioned recipes

It’s like finding an old friend! I mislaid my original book, which I always used and was given to me as a Christmas present when it first came out. Perfect recipes with easy to follow instructions, I am thrilled and delighted to have my favourite recipes back. Does everything a cookery book should
Remember how cookery books used to be? This is a comprehensive introduction to cooking with diary foods. The person who compiled it did a really good job and was very thorough in a way you don’t see anymore. Not faddy or fashion led, it’s an anthology of recipes, at a time when British cooking lacked the availability of imported foods.
