However this issue is not serious enough to warrant returning the product back to the seller for a refund, all the satellite speakers and subwoofer are working well and outputting a good strong sound. Decent communication from seller, A+ service, recommended.

Spoke on the phone, good guy trustworthy, and we arranged a Courier delivery. Item was glass and wood so very fragile. He did a fantastic job packing it, really went the extra mile.
