There was excellent communication from the seller, who was patient and very understanding of any concerns I had. The seller did an amazing job of packaging and insulating to insure against damage, including fragility stickers on the box. Unfortunately, in spite of all his efforts, the item came in broken. Within a few minutes the seller had reconciled the situation by issuing an immediate refund and a sincere apology. I highly recommend this 5 star seller!
