Lightweight with pleasant odor.
This product goes on the skin silky smooth, and has a very pleasant light odor;. At 73, I've decided it was time to give my skin a boost, and this has proven to be a perfect product for morning use (at night I use the Neutragena Rapid Wrinkle Repair). Since starting this about a month ago, I've found my skin to be much 'plumper" and smoother, and the wrinkles that I had have almost completely gone away. A note- since this is water gel, it could be more drying to dry skin, in which case switching to the gel-cream version may be better. I don't think anyone has mentioned it, but when using this (or any product that contains retinol), it is very important to wear a sun blocker or just avoid the sun. Lightweight and absorbs quickly!
My daughter loves this moisturizer and highly recommended that I give It a try. I've been using It for about 3 weeks now and really like it! It is lightweight, goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. It is not at all heavy or greasy. My face is left feeling smooth and hydrated. Also, a very little goes a long way, so it's going to last a while. I have combination skin and it works well for me. Other moisturizers I have tried tend to be to heavy and greasy for me. I would recommend this product. My daughter loves this moisturizer and highly recommended that I give It a try. WATER GEL MOISTURIZER BETTER THAN CREAMS OR LOTIONS BY FAR
Neutrogena products have always been one of my top favorite brand. Going as far back to the original Neutrogena Rainbath Shower Gel the product I believe was the beginning of the myriad of quality products they make today. My Grandmother used Rainbath for years as did my Mother; I couldn’t wait to be old enough to use it myself, “the fancy ‘soap’ for adults not kids.” My Grandmother passed before I discovered Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Water Gel Moisturizer. So sadly, I wasn’t able to share it with her, but I’ve been fortunate enough to share it with my Mother, ironic since my love for Neutrogena partly began with her. Neutrogena Water Gel feels so refreshing when you put it on, the coolness & texture is unlike any moisturizer I've ever used before or since. It's wonderful for ... My Mom & I have said more than once that we wish we could fill the tub & bath in it since it’s so refreshing & leaves your skin feeling soft & looking natural & renewed. Neutrogena saved us from that expense (lol) & created a body lotion that is just as refreshing. I would recommend the whole Hydro Boost line to anyone who wants plump youthful looking skin & is tired of the same old style of creams & lotions. (I want to note, I’m not being paid to leave this review. My review is genuine & honest.)

Lightweight skin care product
a great product, lightweight feel and application to decrease skin dryness. Especially useful during warm weather months since it has no oiliness to it. In the elderly, a second skin care product may need to be added during the heating season

I was using a much more expensive facial moisturizer before I started using this. It's better than the expensive one. A little bit goes a long way and the big jar will last you for months. I have combination skin so I can't use a moisturizer that is too heavy, and this one is just right. The smell is light and wonderful, and I've actually seen an improvement in my acne since I started using this stuff. No more $40 moisturizers for me!I was using a much more expensive facial moisturizer before I started using this. It's better than the expensive one.
