Young people are surprised that I am in my 80's!
My neighbor stopped dead in her tracks this week when I told her I was going to be 84 in May. She said, I have always thought you were around my age! She said she was going to be 60 next week! Look.....you have to feed your skin from within......healthy fats. If you have a low fat diet and you think slathering creams on your face will help...you're mistaken.
