They were wrapped in packaging material but not taped and the branch was broken on receipt. I immediately contacted the seller who said they take no responsibility after they ship the item. And they would file a claim with the post office. I understand, but I still received a damaged item. I didnt pay a discounted price for a damaged item. I paid for it as advertised.
