Instead of a few days it took a few weeks. Would not refund the extra paid and stopped responding to messages. Then after checking by an audiologist the item was faulty - Seller did not remedy issue so a case was opened with eBay. After about 6 weeks since paying a refund was issued by eBay with no functioning item, zero interest in addressing the issues by the Seller.
