My Favorite Album Remastered
I remember being a teenager and picking this up after hearing "Juke Joint Jezebel" on a hUH sampler disc, then the remixed version on the Mortal Kombat Movie soundtrack. It became one of my favorite albums of all time and a huge reason I wanted to learn instruments. Years later as a studio producer I started to track down remasters of my favorite albums from years ago, and amazingly it took me a while to pick this up. I'm not disappointed. The output is cranked but not "walled out" in the high frequency range. Some instruments are now crisper in the mix, especially with large speakers or decent headphones. I've listened to the original countless times, and now I want to listen to it more! Also, the book has some new info and photos in it, which also makes this worth picking up for KMFDM Kollectors such as myself :)
