20 to 16: NOT A WINNER WHEN IT LEAKS
The tumbler does not hold 20 ounces of beverage if you use the lid. Even when closed, the lid leaks when the tumbler is turned at an angle. "Spill resistant" is meaningless when the tumbler leaks. The tumbler holds 20 ounces when filled to the brim and the lid is not attached.
