I paid tax, shipping fee and item price for $398. Got the item, cracked glass, chipped corner, had a stain on the jersey not in the posting photos. I reached out to the seller asking for a reasonable refund amount IMO to keep the item and deal with it, he asked me to ship it back at my cost first (offered full later). I kept the item, opened to reframe to find no actual jersey, just back fabric.
