Healthy Living
All I needed to do what read the introduction of this book and I felt like my life could changed because of this read! Wow. I can't wait to dive into this over coffee. Frankl had it right. His view on life is quite amazing. When he came out of a concentration camp and still remained positive enough to live, is a mind blowing concept that can encourage many out there today facing trials and traumas. That's not even the half of it. How did he do it? A great read and well worth your time
