Awesome Hand and Face Lotion!
It says wash off, i don't. I use as a hand and face lotion to relive dry skin. Works great! Under makeup on my face is a great solution to dry skin that isn't heavy or greasy. I think the bottle says melts into skin and that is so true. This is the best lotion ive ever used ever. Its like you put nothing on but your dry skin is gone. Miracle lotion.
