It was packaged in a gray plastic shipping bag without cushioning. End of spine had minor shipping damage (see photos).     Nothing pretentious or elitists in these pages, but you will find Truth.

    Brennan Manning provides a raw, straight from (and to) the heart presentation of who/what/where/how & why Christians are. Where we can be found (everywhere), how we are found (right where we are no matter how bad) and why we are found there. How that condition is no match for the Grace of God so abundantly...no...overwhelmingly available to EVERY man, woman and child until the day of Judgement. There is no haughtiness of 'proper church folk' here, only the unwavering message that God will meet you where you are and stay with you no matter how much you may struggle with the effort to understand the extent that He has gone to in order to make the way Home open to us, no matter how fallen we recognize ourselves to be, or how often. This book shows us we are, each of us to a person, ...

    Great Read!

    I read this book before...and I am reminded of the importance of understanding God's grace. I am comforted to know that we cannot earn grace...it is given to us as a result of God's love for us. Our works cannot earn it...we work as a result of our joyfulness...not out of obligation. We need to rest in His grace and the result of our love will shine through.

    Brings real life events to light, touches our emotional center, making us realize how "furiously" God truly does love us. A helpful read for those who just find it too hard to believe they are unconditionally loved despite all.
