This book does not teach simplicity.
I was looking for recipes that had you put everything into the rice cooked and walk away while it cooked. But a lot of the recipes in this book requires using sauce pans and frying pans to cook onions and other vegetables while the rice is cooking in the rice cooker. Title says exactly what it contains.
This cookbook is exactly what I wanted. I just received it and haven't tried the recipes yet but they seem easy to prepare and don't need a lot of ingredients. The cookbook also shows recipes for three sizes of rice cookers which is also what I was looking for. There is so many recipes for chicken, beef and of course rice dishes.
