Kiss me deadly
Great acting by Ralph meeker as mike hammer, great direction by Robert Aldrich, plot gets a little hard to follow at times, but that's just a small quibble. Very good supporting cast , including jack Elam as a heavy, good film noir atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!!

Mike Hammer being Mike Hammer
Good movie. Meeker is a likable good looking self serving prick of a guy. Can’t beat that combo. Good character actors, 54 or 55 corvette and an old 120 jag and a couple of babes and street fights and dead people. Terrible ending but but it doesn’t matter as the movie is about Mike Hammer running around LA being Mike Hammer and Ralph Meeker is great at it !

First-rate feature
I’ve viewed this a few times and wanted it in my library. So many movies come and go on streaming services. It seems that many classics are rental only or not available. This effort, with its apocalyptic ending, needs to be seen by more cinephiles.

Excellent Neo-Noir
Not a major movie production but still good and entertaining. Typical private eye drama with a good cast. Good direction from Robert Aldrich and I believe Ralph Meeker's best role from my favorite Mickey Slillane book.

"THE BEST OF THE MIKE HAMMER MOVIES"
It's considered the best of all the Mike Hammer movies, and that's so true. I have the rest of them, and KISS ME DEADLY is the one to have in your collection. Ralph Meeker is the best Hammer.

This is a great one. Ralph Meeker was the best Mike Hammer. Criterion is the best of dvd products.
