The package arrived several days early which is a big plus. The item is as described and it works perfectly! I am truly pleased. Also, I got a great price on it. The only negative thing I have to say is the amount of the shipping cost. Way too much as I almost never buy anything that I have to pay shipping.

Shipping was $21 for a 10 pound parcel that was 24” long. This was the actual cost. In addition i had to make a carton to ship it in.

I'm so impressed! This 40+ year-old food processor appears to have been hardly used, and it came in the original box with attachments and instructions just as Seller described. Price was what I would have paid for 2 used replacement attachments, and shipping was immediate!

Epic Fail for Android Users!!!
This seems like a great product in theory but as others have mentioned it won't work on anything Android. I have not tested it on an Apple device so not sure if it will work. The last time the developer updated his App on the Google Store was Feb 6, 2017. I barely got it to connect to my Wi-Fi connection but the App kept not responding and I had to keep restarting it. Also if you can get the App to stay on pretty much everything on the screen is grayed out and not functional. Bottom line save your $100 until the Android App is updated, hopefully soon.This seems like a great product in theory but as others have mentioned it won't work on anything Android. Module Seems Fine, App Questionable on Apple Device
The module was easy to install and works as expected, but have only used a couple of days. Getting the app through the setup process was not easy. Did not work as instructed. Took 4 days to get help from Rinnai. Was successful after looking for and connecting to module through the Settings, WiFi. Will need water heater serial no. and Control-R serial number for the setup.Consider waiting for the next upgrade on the app.The module was easy to install and works as expected, but have only used a couple of days. Worked out of the box
I read horror stories about this unit having issues with connectivity and functionality. It was easy to install and hook up to my internet. It may lack some advanced capabilities but if you are looking for scheduling and on-demand activation of recirculation it works just fine. My first months gas bill was really high. I reset the frequency of the recirculation function (changed the setting to economy from comfort) and set up a schedule with the control R app. I am awaiting my next gas bill to see if this reduced the amount of gas being used. When it works, it is a super luxury and useful item and far superior to the alternatives. It's terribly designed though and isn't 100% reliable. Getting it to work with the latest wifi standards is quite difficult as well.

Easy to install, does what it says.
Jus as described. I got my Hot Water tank connected to my smart home in under 20 minutes with this. Perfect little device.
