Usually a Great Product.
I've purchased this product a few times before and was always satisfied. This particular item had been damaged and had a small tear in the cushion causing it to leak air directly into my right eye and wouldn't seal properly. Having this defect rendered it useless, but again, previous purchases have been satisfactory.

It was described the product perfectly. It gave the detailed needed to help me make a decision.
I needed to replace the old one. This is exactly what I needed. I installed it recently and it fit perfectly. It came sealed from the factory so I am certain that it has never been used.

Good quality cushion
I buy this same type of cushion every couple of months or so. The cushion works for me.

Great product at a good price
I have used these masks for nearly 14 years and they are the most comfortable full face masks I have found to date. This helps reduce the symptoms of my sleep apnea and that is the most important factor. The masks add a level of comfort to the process and that is appreciated.

Medical Devices are Never "A Good Value"

Expensive dissapointment
I ordered and paid for two and received one - and that one is no good. It won't seal, making it totally unusable. I'm using an old one. It's not the best, but it is ultimately better than the one I got from these guys.
