Great mug, and although pricey, very well built and works exactly as expected!
Been really enjoying the heated mug. During the first week of use the lid broke, or would no longer stay open. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement lid out right away! The mug is really solid, was very easy to setup / pair, etc. Nicked it on "Value", because I think it is still a tad pricey for the mug. I think $99 would be borderline acceptable for this – and the charging base should be A LOT cheaper, so you can own several. They currently don't make a car charger, so that's a bummer. Volume is a tad low for the mug at 12oz. The irony is I have a coffee mug that will keep the liquid warm for hours but I end up drinking it much quicker. Does bring the coffee to the perfect temp fast and keeps it there.

Good heat control.
Good mug. Battery life is shorter then expected. Recommend extra charger for work.

It's very good, i love it, works well, also if you're in another country that uses V plugs like australia buy the reverse adapter, works good.
