Shipping was fast and packing was good for the most part, however I wish the spool pin had been removed and perhaps placed in a small bag or envelope due to the fact that the tossing about through the postal process caused the spool pin to be damaged (bent) as it was pushed through the top of the wooden cover I had to pull it from the completely broken wooden cover the machine came in. The cover was not an issue for me.
