As soon as the post van turned up I knew it’s going to be bad news, common sense suggests your packaging was inadequate, it had no chance surviving unbroken your just trying to skimp on the postage and there’s no excuse for this despite its value, it’s lasted 60 year till you got it 😤

The bag has clearly been very well looked after and a great value for money. Communication with the seller was great, they were always very fast and responsive. There was a problem with the postage which was both out of my hands and the sellers with DPD. But had the authenticity centre not packaged the bag so well it would have been damaged.
