Let there be light
Milwaukee headlamps are great - very high quality and the batteries can either be recharged in the light or they can be charged externally while you replace the battery in the lught. Having a second battery is a must IIMO so you can continually use the light. This light can be worn on a hardhat or it can be worn on your head. The light unit is very small on the front and has two control buttons on top of the light unit to set the intesity and turn it on/off. The only potential issue with this light is the battery part is on the very back of the strap, so if you are wearing this on your head, your head will be resting on that battery. Tjhe previous model has the battery and light as a single unti. That one allows you to lay on the back of your head to see for something ;olke under a sink, but the light/battery uit is much heavier which forces you to have the strap held much tigher if you are not wearing a helmet. This model also has an over the head strap to help with anything sliding down. Once you have this light you will find so many ises for it that you had not originally intended. It makes working on things where there is low light a breeze. The light is directed where you look at that is where you want it. These high quality headlamps are highly recommended

Finally...
The main detraction from using a work headlamp has always been battery waste. Milwaukee’s four modes on a rechargeable LED unit not only gives me the option to use all day at work, but also the longevity to take this into the woods for a week. Light me up
A good bright area light lighter on your forehead than the prior model , doesn't get so hot it cooks your forehead but does have the battery pal in the back which is not comfortable to lay your head on if under a car, house, or anything else. The most useful flashlight I've ever owned.

Bad light

Milwaukee head torch

Very comfortable
It is very comfortable when you're wearing it on your head and it's nice that it came with the hard hat clamps as well it's small compact and I love that you can dim the lights on it for different working conditions
