I know it had batteries so that’s why it was FedEx ground. I personally don’t know how they stay in business with their logistics. Packing was great even in original everything. Item was exactly as described. Value not bad I wish I would’ve bid lower but that’s on me.

The value for the price is excellent and the packaging was great. They arrived sooner than expected. I am very pleased with my purchase because the batteries are the exact brand name that I need. Communication with the seller was excellent and I would definitely purchase from him again because he was very informative, organized, and pleasant. And the shipping was free! A+++++

The packages arrived earlier than expected, which was a big plus for us. Everything was well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. When we opened the boxes, there were no issues at all. The assembly was straightforward, and the piano works beautifully. Just as described by the seller. Highly recommended!
