I am not a diabetic but it works great on my skin. Unlike the regular body lotion. I would tell anyone that puts body cream on your body to try this lotion because you will love the way it feels. Drys on your skin quickly. I can't stop talking about the lotion.

Great product for my needs.
Being a diabetes patient, it's so important to keep my feet hydrated. I use this product in lieu of Urea cream that is no longer covered by my health insurance and have not been disappointed. I will be ordering more in the near future.

Amazing absorption!
IF there was something better you would have to prove it to me! Gold Bond keeps my skin from drying out, keep the marks on my nail away, keeps my toe nails from drying out and yet is not a greasy product. As a person with diabetes these facts are VERY important to me. Thank you

A very good product for older diabetics!!
this helps the diabetics dry skin on the feet and ankles problem with older diabetics, both men and women! I would recommend this product to all older diabetics.

No skin remedy is miraculous,
My title aside, this one seems to be quite effective at treating dried skin. My first application started it sliding off me in postage stamp-size pieces.
