    The shipper was, shipping it to me in Nevada from their office in Pennsylvania. but USPS really sucks the package went in an international container and it didn't get caught until they got to Miami, but instead of sending it out with the regular mail the next day... it sat in a Miami office for 5 days before it was put out to be delivered... Package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, we started working on the vehicle on Wednesday it didn't arrive until Saturday.
