Not really for beginners
You will need to learn this detector, it's not for beginners. As with all detectors it's about listening and concentration on the audio response. So many variables to set up on this detector which is good.for experienced detectorists. I am using the 15inch coil. to cover more area but I think I may need to go to the 11inch whilst I get used to the detector when finding signals between iron. It likes big IRON so a Profind 35 pinpointer will be needed. The 35 detects iron to save you digging it when the equinox says its a good signal. I have used several detectors and this one will take a long time to get used too. I Watched lots of YouTube videos first, but still need to watch more. The Identification numbers even when low can be a good item to dig., so Don't ignore them. I found a silver sixpence with an ID of 16 which is low. I do try to run detectors at max sensitivity to get deeper targets., This one I had to dial back as there was so much feedback The multi frequency and the fact it sees big IRON. as good target. means you have to dig anything that sounds interesting.

lightweight switch on an go machine
got this nox 800 to use purely for wet sand use, already my finds rate is up with a few gold and silver rings for good measure. with the carbon stem its quite light to use, nice big clear display and easy to understand, best of all you can use it as a switch on and go machine without spending time messing around with settings.

Awsome detector.i had the ctx 3030 befor but this one is way better.
Awsome detector.i had the ctx 3030 befor but this one is way better.i found 6 coins in first 2 days, old ones to.it is so easy to use that makes it so fun and quick to find things. Im so glad i got it.never getting any thing else.

Great metal detector
After selling my deus that was a good detector. I was hoping this would be as good or better, I was not disappointed it’s switch on and go detector and then when you know it better you can fine tune to suit your conditions
