If I wanted to take the chance of shipping from India I could have saved money as many offered the same for less from there. The item was well packaged but the tip of the cane was a low quality soft rubber that came off on first use. No response to email. Although according to EBAY I cannot rescind the negative feedback I believe the seller acted in a responsible manner in the end.
